產(chǎn)品概述：

Ribonuclease Inhibitor是經(jīng)大腸桿菌表達(dá)、純化的來源于人胎盤的重組蛋白, 分子量50 KD。特異性地抑制RNase A, RNase B和RNase C, 形成1:1的復(fù)合體, 阻遏RNase的活性. 不能抑制RNase1, RNaseT1, S1核酸酶, Rnase H或曲霉菌來源的Rnase; 對Taq DNA Polymerase, AMV, M-MLV以及SP6, T7 RNA 聚合酶無抑制作用。其抑制常數(shù)Ki=10的-14次方mol/L。

使用說明

該抑制劑抑制活性的pH值范圍較廣(pH5.5~9), 在RT和體外轉(zhuǎn)錄中使用的終濃度=1U/ul。

酶儲存緩沖液：20mM HEPES-KOH(pH7.6), 50mM KCl, 8mM DTT, 50%(v/v) glycerol。
